Street Market & Cuckoo Festival

The 2025 Street Market and Cuckoo Festival took place on Bank Holiday Monday 26 May 2025.

Children’s entertainer, Juggling Jim, kept younger visitors entertained. There was also face painting and children’s games. Other highlights included the stunning Thwaites Dray Horses, Oak Jazz Band, Settle and Giggleswick Brass Band, vintage cars and cafe jazz guitar music.

Stalls sold crafts, bric a brac, second hand household items, books and plants. The legendary bacon butty stall was open to keep everyone fuelled up, plus pie and peas, a hog roast, sandwiches, cakes, scones, teas, coffees and other drinks.

All funds raised on the day go towards the upkeep of two key village facilities used by many – the Parish Hall and Playing Fields. So we really appreciated everyone’s support.
