The School is a Church of England, Voluntary Aided Primary School and Nursery, providing education for children aged three to ten years from the local community of Austwick, Lawkland, Wharfe, Feizor and Eldroth. The School also takes children from out of the area. Close links exist between school and Church. The School is proud to announce a new Nursery Department as part of the Educational provision at Austwick School.
This facility opened in September 2006 and offers free nursery education for 13 pupils (mornings only). Priority will be given to 4 year olds in the first instance. Any spare places can be allocated to younger pupils (minimum age of three years).
