Austwick Parish Hall Council
Annual General Meeting
4th February 2008
Each
year, all members of the Council retire at the Annual General Meeting.
Accordingly, invitations are invited for nominations
and these must be deposited with the Secretary by Friday 1st
February for nominations [with a seconder] for the following four
offices
Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer & Secretary
and in addition
six co-opted
members
The Parish Hall is held in Trust for the benefit of
the inhabitants of the Parish of Austwick and its immediate
vicinity.
All members of the Council, therefore, become
Trustees during their term of office or period of election.
The Trust document together with outline duties of a
Trustee as provided by The Charity Commission can be viewed by
contacting the Secretary of the Parish Hall Council.
