Utility room with fridge/freezer,dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier leading to shower room with electric shower,washbasin, and WC. Cottage staircase to 2 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 large single, both with cast iron bedsteads, "Sanderson" soft furnishings, crisp, white cotton bedlinen, and stripped pine floorboards.Small, additional upstairs sitting room with 2 leather armchairs, flatscreen TV with DVD, CD,Video, and an abundance of books, games and jigsaws. Bathroom with 3 piece suite, electric towel rail, and beamed ceiling.Central heating throughout. Sorry, non smokers only.Welcome baske ton arrival. Up to 2 well behaved pets welcome by prior arrangement, with a donation of £10.00. per pet per stay to the chaity Beagle Welfare. |
